We perform Energy Efficiency Assessments to ensure your house design complies with Shire Council and BCA energy efficiency requirements. Ecologically Sustainable Design. ESD may also incorporate aspects of Passive Solar, Climate Sensitive, Energy Wise, Site Responsive, Eco-Friendly Design. What all of these approaches have in common is feeling comfortable in your hom, while minimising the use of arti ficial heating or cooling devices, by harnessing the natural energy of the sun & wind. It may also involve the use of Thermal Mass, Rainwater Harvesting, Greywater Recycling and/or other Biological Waste Treatment Systems, Permaculture Organic & Biodynamic Garden & Landscape Design, and the use of Non-toxic Natural Finishes & Low Embodiied Energy Materials wherever possible.
